Send correction requests to info@exviv.com. Include the EXVIV URL, the disputed statement or record, the best available primary source, and the correction you believe is needed.
What can be challenged
You may report a factual error, broken or mismatched source, incorrect company attribution, stale statement presented as current, misleading interpretation, duplicate evidence event, or material omission that changes the meaning of a published record.
How EXVIV reviews a request
EXVIV Research checks the cited page, preserved evidence, timestamps, and the distinction between the observed fact and its interpretation. We may ask for clarification or another primary source. A monitored company does not need to agree with EXVIV's interpretation for a correction to be considered, but the evidence record must accurately represent what the source showed.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the evidence, EXVIV may correct wording or attribution, update a source or date, add context, withdraw an unsupported event, leave the record unchanged with an explanation, or refer a privacy, legal, or rights-holder request to the contact named in the applicable policy. A request does not guarantee removal of accurate, lawfully published information.
Time-sensitive and legal requests
Put URGENT CORRECTION in the subject for an error that could cause immediate material harm. Privacy requests should use the contact in the Privacy Policy. Rights-holder and legal requests should use the contacts and process in the Terms of Service.
