Users can now set a fallback Handoff to direct end users when an AI Agent fails to choose a Handoff itself, provided the fallback is active on the channel and meets availability rules. The Messaging SDKs now expose selectQuickReply(messageId, index) on Web, iOS, Android, and React Native to allow programmatic selection of quick replies from custom UIs.
