The Email API now accepts file attachments from contact forms via a new multipart request format on the POST /v2/conversations/email/ endpoint. Requests are limited to 10 attachments and 30 MB total, with handling governed by the inbox's attachment setting, such as reading up to 3 images or handing off to a human.
